FAQ
The questions you're probably already thinking.
Will I always talk to a senior, or do they disappear after onboarding?
NThe senior you meet on the first call is the one who runs your business. Our model only works if seniors stay, and they stay because they work with agents rather than managing junior teams. If that ever changes, you talk directly to whoever is running your account.
Are you here to replace my in-house team or my current agency?
Not necessarily. If you have a team consolidated in your core channels, our most likely entry mode is Unlock New Channels — we operate the emerging perimeter alongside what you already have, without stepping on your team's role. If you want to delegate the full operation, we do that too. The decision is yours.
How is this different from just using an AI tool or having someone operate Claude?
Generic AI tools solve packaged tasks: pausing low-performing campaigns, moving budget between ad sets, generating reports. That's automation. What we offer is operations — agents that make contextual decisions, built on a data layer specific to your business, supervised by seniors who understand why your business behaves the way it does. A tool doesn't know your CAC spikes in August because your product is seasonal. Our system does, because we built it that way.
How does the cost compare to a specialized performance agency?
Our structure allows us to operate with fewer people without sacrificing output quality — and without the hidden cost of constantly transferring context whenever someone leaves. How the savings translate to your account is part of the commercial conversation.
How long does it take to get the system live?
There's an integration phase where we build the data layer, connect your sources, set up tracking and attribution, and train the agents on your business specifics. It's not a one-day setup or a six-month project. You'll see useful outputs within the first few weeks.
