Existential Training
We train ourselves existentially. Upon joining, you will receive personal guidance—beyond your immediate team—to help you master our Existential Method.
The Existential Framework is a comprehensive development model that puts the person at the center. It views performance as the natural result of integrating three essential dimensions:

・Effective → The capacity to execute, resolve, and deliver.
・Affective → The capacity to connect, manage emotions, and build healthy relationships.
・Perspective → The capacity to project, design meaning, and act strategically.

When these three dimensions align, they generate what we call High Human Performance: a coherent experience between what we think, what we feel, and what we do.
