Daniel McCarthy

Dan McCarthy is Co-Founder and Director of Theta and an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. An expert on Customer-Based Corporate Valuation® (CBCV), Dan is a co-creator of the CBCV methodology and has won a number of prestigious academic awards, including the MSI Alden G. Clayton, ASA (American Statistical Association), ISMS (INFORMS Society for Marketing Science), the Don Lehmann award, and Robert J. Lavidge Global Marketing Research Award for his CBCV work. 

Dan’s work has been featured in media outlets and academic journals including Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Fortune, The Economist, Inc., Barron’s, CBS, CNBC, Slate, Business Insider.


 

Peter Fader

Peter Fader is Co-Founder and Director of Theta, and the Frances and Pei-Yuan Chia Professor of Marketing at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is considered by many to be the world’s foremost expert on the development and application of models of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), having won dozens of prestigious awards for his research and teaching on the topic.

He was listed as one of “25 Marketing Technology Trailblazers” by Advertising Age, and has been a featured keynote speaker for many companies and industry associations. His three books (“Customer Centricity: Focus on the Right Customers for Strategic Advantage,” “The Customer Centricity Playbook,” and “The Customer-Base Audit” coming out in Fall 2022) are the basis for many global conversations about data-driven customer centricity.
