Winclap acquires Brkaway, North America’s leading creator-management platform

New York – January 27 — Winclap, a global Growth Transformation company, today announced the acquisition of Brkaway, the leading creator management platform in North America. Through this transaction, the company will continue and expand Brkaway’s mission to simplify collaboration between brands, agencies, and creators, powering the next stage of social-first entertainment at scale.

Brkaway was created to solve a structural problem in the industry: as creator marketing became central to business growth, the systems supporting it lagged behind. Fragmented tools, manual coordination, and growing operational complexity made it difficult for brands, agencies, and creators to scale effectively. Brkaway’s platform emerged to eliminate that friction, bringing structure, clarity, and speed to creator collaboration.
